Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer delivery further afield soon.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery: £3.95
Free delivery on orders of £40 or more

Delivery times
Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Pre-orders
Crosps launches in late November 2026. Products marked “Pre order” will be dispatched as soon as we launch, and should arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. We’ll email you when your order is on its way.

Tracking
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Problems with your order
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jade@eatcrosps.com with your order number and we’ll put it right.
